Bio Tony leads Parker's investment platform and asset management strategy, drawing on a background in innovative housing ventures and a mission to expand access to attainable housing. He is a graduate of Harvard University and the Schwarzman Scholars program.

James Parker

Co-Founder & CTO

Bio James architects the platform that powers Parker's proprietary data edge in sourcing and operations. His background spans real estate investment, data infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and software engineering at scale. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

01 Creating new housing supply

Secured approvals for a 40-lot expansion, extended water and sewer infrastructure, and installed new manufactured homes. Manufactured housing is one of the most supply-constrained segments of U.S. housing. We get existing communities approved for expansion, infill vacant lots with new homes, and rehabilitate vacant homes for occupancy.

02 Preserving communities from destruction

Purchased a community that would have been redeveloped for luxury apartments — protecting residents and preserving attainable housing. Many manufactured housing communities are being redeveloped into other uses, displacing residents. We acquire communities with the intention of preserving and improving them as long-term housing.

03 Paving roads & infrastructure

In a community with pothole-ridden gravel roads, we fully paved the streets and added driveways. Decades of deferred maintenance leave many communities with gravel roads and poor infrastructure. We invest in durable upgrades that improve safety and quality of life.
